Table Talk Sessions
The Table - it’s where we go to eat, play games, talk to our closest friends, plan our lives - and it’s where Kara teaches sexual health education.
Parents hire Kara to teach their kids about topics jointly selected. She believes strongly in partnering with parents to provide the best education for their children. Sessions provide the baseline for parents & children to grow together.
Parents’ Night
Parenting can feel like we’re taking on the world — it can be overwhelming & exhausting. Kara offers support in areas of sexual education to give parents confidence to make this part of life less stress inducing. Topics can include children, partners, relationships, culture, and/or self-care. Grab your friends & have an evening with a sex educator. Wine may help too.
Retreats
If you want to go deeper with exploring many topics of sexuality, invite Kara to your retreat. She can work with you or your team to explore themes and programming to make the experience for the participates one of learning and renewal.
Schools
Kara teaches health class in public and private settings. She customizes lessons for age specific state education guidelines and works closely with principals, teachers, staff and PTOs to make the lessons and experience appropriate for their specific demographic.
Speaking
It has been a gift for Kara to be able to bring the topic of sexuality to different communities; from non-profits, youth events, parent workshops, conferences, podcasts, and more.

1:1 Consultation
Since sexuality is a personal topic, we sometimes need to talk about our lives privately. In one on one sessions, Kara can provide a listening ear and resources. Often, we just need someone to air out our concerns with and get the education we need to feel good about who we are.

* As a sex educator, Kara can provide accurate information about health and sexuality. If your concerns go beyond what she can provide as an educator and counselor, she will encourage therapy and provide referrals to those in sex therapy.
