Preschool and Kindergarten Conversation Cards are designed to prompt introductory conversations and help children begin to understand their bodies, feelings, health, sexuality, and relationships. They can be used before reading stories at bedtime, at the dinner table, or in school circle time. One card can prompt a full conversation including discussion based on responses - you can ask more questions based on responses or provide your own answer from what you might recall from that age. You can go through the cards and begin with the ones you feel the child will understand, then progress to other cards. The goal of these cards is to begin having conversations with children from the earliest age so they are a comfortable and natural part of your teaching or parenting.
